Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on Hustlz without authorization, please provide:

• A description of the copyrighted work
• The location (URL) of the infringing material on Hustlz
• Your contact information (name, email, phone)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is unauthorized
• A statement that the information is accurate under penalty of perjury
• Your physical or electronic signature

How to Submit a Claim

Our Response

Upon receiving a valid copyright notice, we will:

• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
• Notify the user who posted the content
• Terminate accounts of repeat infringers

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you may submit a counter-notification with:

• Identification of the removed material and its previous location
• A statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake
• Your name, address, and phone number
• Consent to jurisdiction of Nigerian courts
• Your signature

User Content

By uploading content to Hustlz, you represent that you own or have the necessary rights to use and share that content. You retain ownership of your content but grant Hustlz a license to display it on the platform.
